Which is better between degree and going to an institute?

Mr dear friend, 75-85% Indian youth are unemployed due to just holding a degree. Having a degree is not a proof for getting a job. For employment, you must have proper skills and for this, you should attend regular college and work hard. So, if you opt my suggestion, then you must need to choose a
