7- Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for an IBPS PO is INR 38703 plus HRA. RRB PO in-hand salary ranges from 29000 to 33000 with 100 percent DA. Other perks associated with RRB PO are TA, medical benefits, HRA, newspaper reimbursement, etc.
