Hi,Suryansh, Regarding Mass communication Chandigarh University will be treated as the best University among IMS, and Noida. Because a better and a perfect University should have well trained and experienced faculty, which a CU is having with an average 12 year of experience. Secondly having an well designed curriculum, with the great in internship programs and with a surety of placements which CU use to gives to their dedicated scholars.
