MIT (MITWPU) is better than Indira. The faculty is very good here, you will have a separate mentor for guiding you for two-years related and one placement guide so that you never miss the opportunity available for. Other than this, you will have rural emersion, national and international education tour. All above this is apart from academics.

My friend has completed Bachelor's degree in engineering from MIT and MBA from Indira. He has seen both the institutes. MIT is one of the best engineering colleges in Pune. However for MBA course Indira Institute is much better in the overall development of student as the professional. The soft skill programme conducted at Indira were better which included problem solving, negotiation skills, consulting selling, etc when he was pursuing MBA.

Both the colleges are at equal level, but Indira is slightly better than the MIT. The fees for Indira is also less. And, the placements were also good.
