It depends on you. If you want to go for higher studies on a particular subject in B.Sc then you shall go for M.Sc otherwise you can go for MBA.

    Radhika,
M.Sc and MBA both are equally good and both are postgraduate courses. After M.Sc the common options available are teaching for which either you need to go for B.Ed or clear NET exam. If you go for specialisations like microbiology/ biotechnology/ biochemistry, etc. You can go for job in some MNC. After MBA, you will be getting jobs in MNC and in order to go up the ladder of your career, MBA would be a better option. Many private universities like Lovely, Symbiosis, SRM, etc. are offering various specializations in both M.Sc as well as MBA. They are world class universities with modern infrastructure, offering good scholarships

This decision will entirely depend on where your skills and interest lie. You should decide on the area you would like to make a career. Like if you find the science stream interesting and want to make a career in the same i.e. technical job then you must complete M.Sc. After that you must clear the NET, JRF exam. You must go for MBA only if you are more interested in the administrative oriented jobs.

The central difference is the experience of candidates. MBA is targeted at those who have dipped their toes into the professional world, while a specialized Master's degree, be it an M.Sc or something else is for pre-experience candidates who may have only recently completed an undergraduate degree.
