It depends on you. If you want to go for higher studies on a particular subject in B.Sc then you shall go for M.Sc otherwise you can go for MBA.

It totally depends on your interest. If you want to build your career in business then go with MBA otherwise M.Sc is also a good choice.

The central difference is the experience of candidates. MBA is targeted at those who have dipped their toes into the professional world, while a specialized Master's degree, be it an M.Sc or something else is for pre-experience candidates who may have only recently completed an undergraduate degree.
