Which is better between MPCT-Gwalior and TMU-Moradabad?

As I searched and as far as I know, TMU is better as I am currently studying in TMU. Its placement is also good. The highest package goes around 7-8 lacs and the average package is around 2-3 Lacs P.A. The university is spread in a large area and the faculty team is also good.

Placement upto 7-8 lacs? Fully wrong.
I'm also studying in TMU B.Tech CSE. I think the highest package is 3- 4 lacs and placement is only 40% last year.
