Which is better between Warangal and Tiruchirapalli for packages, education etc?

Both are same in terms of education. Packages will be altered every year but both are equivalent in packages too. But, NIT-Trichy has more facilities than NIT-Warangal. NIT-Trichy is established in a vast area of some 800 acres. To compare both NIT Trichy is somewhat more than NIT-Warangal.
