Which is better between WIMS and WISTA?

I have placed in WIPRO based on four years WISTA category. Now, they sent an mail to switch between WIMS and WISTA. In that mail, they have mentioned WIMS offering infrastructure management degree and WISTA offering software engineering. I am not clear about infrastructure management degree.
