    It is important to understand your career objectives and go for an MBA college that best matches your requirements.     IMI-Kolkata is one of Eastern India's top private MBA institute. The faculty is revered and excel in their fields. The college has international collaboration with universities across the globe and provides students the opportunity to go for internships and trimesters abroad. From the placement front, the college is performing very good. This year a candidate was offered a package of 18 Lacs per annum by one of the nation's top recruiter.     1. BIMTECH:-
    a) Placements: The placements for the current batch (2016-18) is on pace with students being placed in companies like Bata, SSIPL, Reliance Trends, Madura Garments, Future Group-Home Town, etc. The average package for PGDM-retail management course is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.
    b) Infrastructure: BIMTECH is equipped with a good infrastructure comprising of AC classrooms, activity plaza, a cafeteria, separate hostels for boys and girls, hygienic mess service, gym, sports equipment, a basketball court as well as a badminton court.     Undoubtedly BIMTECH is a better option than IMI, Kolkata. BIMTECH offers better placements than IMI, Kolkata and if offers a better exposure to its students since it is located in Delhi NCR region. The placements for 2016-18 batch is in full swing with companies like KPMG, Bajaj Finserv, Cinepolis, HDFC, SBI, Yes Bank, IDFC Bank, PNB, etc. coming to college. The average package ranges from Rs 6-7 lakhs per annum. Almost 97% of the batch gets placed from the college every year.
