Which is better BITS or BIT, Mersa and why?

BITS stand among top 5 universities in India as per the latest government rankings framework. The students here work on latest research areas like blockchain, algorithmic learning, AI, etc. CSE gets highest cut-off in BITSAT exam scores for admissions. Students get to explore other areas like sciences, finance, economics, etc. The campus is spread across a vast area with greenery all around. There are lot of facilities for co-curricular activities and sports.Four fests are held annually for encouraging students talent and potential in various areas. If we talk about the placements then top recruiters come on the campus and take the students. Companies like flow Traders, Nutanix, Uber, Amazon, Myntra, Qualcomm, Oracle, McKinsey, etc. come to campus. Packages offered to students vary from Rs 20 lakhs to Rs 90 lakhs. Apart from placements, students have an option of industrial exposure in two practice schools and they get a chance of PPO too. To promote culture of entrepreneurship there is an E cell too.

Both colleges are good but in my opinion BITS is much better than Mersa because placement record of BITS is very good.

Bits Pilani is better then Mersa. Placements:The exact placement records are never released but there is nobody known who didn't get placed. The highest was somewhere in Rs 30 lakhs per annum, the lowest was around Rs 6 lakhs per annum and the average should be Rs 10 to Rs 12 lakhs per annum. There is one of a kind internship program, a summer break after the second year and one semester in the final year for the evaluated internship. Infrastructure:LAN/WiFi is in the hostels only. The campus is getting renovated so some labs and classrooms are new, while some are old. It is a really big campus and the project is supposed to finish by 2020. The equipment present are in a very good condition. No infrastructure-related issues except Indian-style washrooms in hostels. Faculty:No doubt, the faculty team is excellent. They are always ready to help and we just need to ask. They are definitely qualified, maybe even over-qualified, but that is because they are carrying out their research too. First, there is a lecture 2-3 times a week with one teacher for 200-500 students (depends on the course), then there is a tutorial class for doubts and practice.
