    Hi Divyanshu, As an SNU alumni, I can only comment about SNU. SNU has international collaboration with top universities such as Carnegie Melon, Duke and Babson College. I believe there exists an undergrad programme in Mechanical and Computer Science engineering, where you spend two years in SNU and two years in CMU, eventually getting a degree from both universities. Also, every year two to three students get selected and participate in an exchange programme with Duke and spend a semester in Duke, China. Placements are like any other established pvt. University.     Chandigarh University is one of the most prestigious universities in India. It offers around 200 programs and courses at Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.     Without a doubt, Chandigarh University is the greatest. It has an NAAC A+ rating and was ranked first in north India by THE OUTLOOK in 2017.
