Which is better, Chitkara, LNMIIT, LPU, or PEC?

All four universities you have mentioned here are good. LPU, LNMIIT, PEC and Chitkara Universities are similar for pursuing B.Tech CSE graduation degree but LPU has additional edge of exposure, updated curriculum and good placements because of its aggressive brand building efforts. I personally believe LPU is the best University.
