CU leads in major aspect among the universities you mentioned. CU is one of the fastest growing universities all over Asia. It is a NAAC A+ university which describes that Chandigarh University is one of the best universities all over north India. CU provides the finest education and their teachers are also well qualified, most of them are Ph.D. holders and their way of teaching is also superb . If we need to arrange them they will be arranged as follows:
    1. Chandigarh University
    2. UIET
    3. Thapar University

Chandigarh University, Gharuan is the best among all as it is India's youngest university to get A+ NAAC accreditation. The University has a huge and beautiful campus and possess student-friendly atmosphere. In terms of course, the arrangement would be:
    1. Chandigarh University, Gharuan (Reasonable with best placement), 2. Punjab University, Thapar University (very costly and without placement), 3. Chitkara University.
