Hi. As both of the institute is really good on placement. So if you are passionate about computer Science and want a career in corporate world then join CSE in Chennai branch. Or your interest in electronics and ics related work then join ECE at Vellore.

It completely depends on your preference. If you feel you want to study CS only, then go for CSE at VIT Chennai.
