Which is better civil in nit jalandhar or civil in pec chd or cse in thapar,patiala?

Also the institutes you mention are having good name in market and well established institutes. Civil is a good option. Both Civil and CSE are having totaling different scopes. First decide you want to go for civil or cse then choose college. I would prefer NIT jalandhar first and then PEC chd. If
