I would recommend MIT because of its reputation and value in the market. I am not saying that Alliance isn't good. But MIT has better value than Alliance.

For MBA from MIT Pune or Alliance university, I'll prefer you to opt for the Alliance University as this is the best institute for the MBA and the placements of this colleges is quite good.
