Bangalore is Silicon Valley of India. So, naturally the studies there would be far better than Chitkara University. But, talking about course EEE or CSE its you who have to decide in which field you are most interested in. Don't go for college go for the course in which you are interested.

CSE at Chitkara University is better than EEE at BMSIT Bangalore. First of all looking at the branch CSE is a better option than EEE as it has a higher demand and better job sector opportunities in our country and secondly the teaching faculty members and infrastructure is better of Chitkara University than BMSIT, Bangalore. So, choose accordingly. All the best !
