    Hi,
Both are top universities in India; while Delhi University is central, Mumbai University is a state university. Here is a small comparison between both to help you decide which university is better as per your preferences:
    1. Ranking: In the NIRF ranking, Delhi University is ranked much ahead of Mumbai University.
    2. Courses: DU has a much wider range of courses than MU. For example, the dental and nursing courses are available at DU, unlike MU.
    3. Infrastructure: Since DU has a lesser number of affiliated colleges, its infrastructure is more robust than MU's. DU has some of India's top colleges, like Miranda House and Hindu College.
