Which is better? Doing CPL after +2 or doing it after B.TechorB.Sc (Aviation related groups). please suggest pointing out to the pros n cons

1) I am studying 10 standard and I want to be very clear about my future!!!!!!! 2) Is it better to do CPL course in India or somewhere else? 3) How is the aviation industry and what are the career prospects, salary ,etc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THANKS in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
