Candidates can develop competence in Signal Processing, Communication Systems, VLSI Design, Embedded systems, and Robotics.Modern labs and high-tech infrastructure encourage innovative thinking and produce scholars and researchers who develop game-changing technology. Owing to all this, LPU has been granted several rankings.
There are more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc.
There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. Prabin Kumar Das, a B.Tech student (Electronics Communication and Engineering) at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, and his professors, has developed a KAWACH to promote safe social distancing.
