Which is better for a better career among MBA and PGDM?

A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities while the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
An MBA degree is equivalent to PGDM.
PGDM can make its own curriculum where MBA can't. that's the key difference. -

8 years agoBoth have their own pros and cons. PGDM is more updated industry wise as compared to MBA however it is just a diploma. You might not be permitted to go for higher studies if the college where you pursue PGDM is not affiliated with AIU.
