Chandigarh University is offering this course at suitable fee cost and well educated faculty and advanced infrastructure. One of the most demanded skill in India right now is this, and seems like this university is well-acquainted with that notion. That is why it keeps reviewing and changing its academic syllabus from time-to-time to be at par with the ever expanding technology
There is no doubt Chandigarh University is the best for this course.

Chandigarh University is best for Masters' course in Forensic Science and Toxicology then Amity University. The course is running successfully with 100% placements in government and private sectors. As forensic Science is an emerging field in India and has scope in the government sector, - Chandigarh University has framed the curriculum according to that only. University is giving more than 10 specializations on student's choice of interest in different fields of forensic Science. - Department is focused on theoretical as well as on practical practice, which is being carried out by the internships after each semester by the university

    Hi,
Among these two private universities, Chandigarh University is the better choice. A few reasons for it are :
    1. NAAC A+ Grade makes the degree globally recognised and gets us better placements.
    2. Next GEN industry collaborations
    3. Internships are in top industries of the area
    4. Pre-Internship and Pre-placements programs to make the student industry ready completely.
    5. Well-equipped labs.
    6. Faculty has both industry and academic experience. And many more :)
    CU is the better choice.

I will prefer Chandigarh University and I know that CU is better than Amity in every aspect. For forensic science and toxicology there are practical and theoretical classes. 70% students got placed every year. Teachers are very helpful and the placement cell is also very hardworking and dedicated. So if you are looking for a bright future then you should go with Chandigarh university.

Not if you go by their overall university rankings. While both rank in and around the top 10 universities in the country, Harvard (#2) ranks well ahead of Columbia (#10), in national level rankings, given by Shiksha.

Though Harvard offers more course options, and overall brand recognition, Columbia is considered by many as the better of the two for its Engineering courses, something Harvard is not known for.

Getting into Columbia can be hard but as an Indian student you can get in if you follow some basic steps of the Columbia University application process, take a look -

  • First things first, start by registering yourself on the application portal
  • Then, you would have to put your personal details and a really good essay on why Columbia?
  • Now, upload all the required documents and pay the Columbia application fee
  • At the last, all you can do is wait for a decision from the uni.

As an Indian student, 3.0 is generally considered the bare minimum if you want to study at Columbia Uni. For Engineering, a minimum 3.3 in your past academics is needed. Make sure to maintain a good profile non-academically as well.
