I suggest you, Salon, to compare the subjects of first and third years for both of these universities.

DU is anytime better than any other university in Delhi/NCR because it's a government university, which gives better education at a minimal fee. On the other Amity university is also good, however it will incurr huge expenses. Hope this helps. Wish you luck for your future endeavours!
