Hello,
GNDU is one of the most reputed architecture colleges in north India. With a strong alumni network and experienced faculty, established in 1986, it is the Punjab's first architecture college. However, SPA Delhi is not only in north India but it is India's top architecture college. It also stands amongst Asia's top 10 architecture colleges. Its level of undergraduate education is excellent and exceptional. Moreover, it is the only architecture college in India which stands among top 10 and there are no state reservations here. Other colleges like CEPT, JJ College and CCA have huge state reservations.

It's quite difficult to get B.Arch at CEPT UNIVERSITY .It have higher cut-off marks which is 120 and sometimes more.The basic cut-off for NATA is 70.

Jamia Milia Islamia well known institute It also accepts NATA scores.

Chandigarh University it also best option to explore.

You can also explore private institutions and try management quota as well.

CEPT University is a private university and IIITDM Jabalpur is a government institution. The number of seats offered for the BDes course at IIITDM Jabalpur is 66 and in CEPT Univeristy, the seat is 165. Hence, as the university offers more seats and is a private institution so, there could be a possibility that the institute with a lesser number of seats has tough competition in contrast to the CEPT with a maximum number of seats.
