Which is better for B. Des MIT-ADT or MIT-WPU?

Des in Product design, Transportation design, Interior space and furniture design, Retail design, Graphic design, Animation design, Film and video design, Fashion design, Fashion communication and Game design. The total course fee for B. Des at MIT ADT is Rs 1560500. While at MIT WPU is Rs 291,500 per year. The placement statics of MITWPU and MITADT are not available at their website. So from above the variety of courses are available with MITADT and also have 35 years of experience. So my choice is MIT ADT.

I am planning for B.Tech integrated course after X in mechanical engineering in MIT. Is this the correct choice after tenth or should in opt for 11th and 12th Science stream.
