I would advise go for Thapar University, PU has AAAA ranking whereas Thapar University has AAAA+. Thapar University has accreditation from AICTE and NBA. Their programmes are ABET accredited as well, which is an international accreditation making it acceptable degree worldwide. It also has higher rankings compared to Punjab or Chandigarh University. -
