Which is better for B.Tech CSE: YMCA, Faridabad or NIT, Manipur?

My rank is 23150 in JEE-Mains and my home state is Haryana.

    Hi Harshad,
    YMCA is far more better than NIT, Manipur as it is not yet established NIT.
    CS in YMCA is top class and YMCA is the top university in Haryana with placement in CS up to 90 percent.
    It's my own college and on behalf of my experience sharing it
