Dear Student, I am pursing Ph.D. Computer Science from Lovely Professional University, I keep on visiting the campus and is in regular with faculty members. Ashish ! you can compare the ranks of both of these universities and can find that Lovely Professional University is better than JECRC.Moreover Lovely Professional University provides an assured placements along with infrastructure for the research and project works making you to excel excellence.

I have done my Engineering from LPU and today I am a proud alumnus of LPU. I am not so aware about JECRC, so I won't be able to comment on same. But I will share my experience, I hope it helps.

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
