Hi Kuldeep, Actually it is just a tantrums of a government That the government universities are in good than private universities And they are much economic than the private universities. Now you are asking for a lovely professional university and honestly telling you there is no comparison of lovely professional university and any government university. Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international.
