BHU is much better than JNU in all perspectives. Hence, doing B.Tech from BHU is best for placement point of view as well.

From a placement perspective, BHU is better than JNU for pursuing B.Tech. The JNU offers B.Tech courses to NDA and INA cadets. For other students, it has integrated B.Tech. And M.Tech.
