BHU is much better than JNU in all perspectives. Hence, doing B.Tech from BHU is best for placement point of view as well.

From a placement perspective, BHU is better than JNU for pursuing B.Tech. The JNU offers B.Tech courses to NDA and INA cadets. For other students, it has integrated B.Tech. And M.Tech. Courses in three branches. Because the majority of these courses are new, there isn't much data to support their placement. As per the latest placement reports, the highest salary package in the previous batch was Rs. 21 LPA. Whereas IIT-BHU is a well-known name for placement, the highest salary package in 2022 was Rs. 78 LPA (domestic). .

JNU successfully completed its 2021 placement drive. The median salary of the PG students, which stood at INR 8 LPA in 2021, increased by 1.91% compared to the previous year. BHU offers more courses as compared to JNU. BHU offers world class facility, own hospital and the largest library in India. It all depends on the course you want to take and according to your interest. BHU is ranked one of the top Engineering College in India.
