all these are good courses. it depends on what kind of field you like

If you are satisfied with the job of an accountant or a finance officer, then M Com is reasonably good, but if you are desirous of climbing the corporate ladder, say as a Management Trainee and then as Assistant/Junior level Manager, then go for MBA. Private sector banks such as ICICI, Axis and HDFC
