    Hi,
B.Tech have advantage here. BE covered the theoretical aspect and focuses on fundamentals, while B.Tech is a skill oriented course and emphasis are laid on practical rather than theory. B.Sc is a three year programme and course contents and syllabus level is somewhat easier than that of B.Tech and BE. Further, BE/B.Tech students can participate in Graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) for PSU and government jobs, whereas a B.Sc student have not this opportunity. So, in my opinion B.Tech CS is better over BE or B.Sc (CS).
