Hi If you're getting confused between Thapar or LPU, I would suggest you go to the Thapar Institute. Because TIET is one of the top colleges in India if you're comparing among all these. And for Computer Science, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology is one of the bests in India. It has been ranked 23rd under NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) by the Government of India rankings. They provide the best placements in big brands like Deloitte, Larsen & Toubro, IBM, and many more. About 95% of the students were placed with pretty high packages. Thapar definitely, unless you want to invest a lot and end up with nothing. Don't go by those fancy ads, TIET may have less of media presence but it is older than the IITs and have been doing great in imparting education and support innovation.
