According to me, Chandigarh University is best for CSE as there are many reasons behind this. It has better placements records and internship than any other university. Students can opt their career in emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, Blockchain, etc. There are industry enabled labs for students like IBM Lab and Microsoft Lab and many more options. According to me if I will rank above universities then order can be:
1. Chandigarh University
2. Amity
3. Chitkara
4. MMU University.

Amongst all Chandigarh University is undoubtedly better for CSE because of the following reasons:
NAAC A+ accreditation
Beautiful and healthy infrastructure
High placement rate
well-equipped labs
Highly qualified faculty
Best hostel facility.

Hi Divyansh, Amity Jaipur is the best among these four colleges for computer science engineering. After that CU then MMU Mullana and then Chitkara, Punjab. This is on the basis of placement. But you should choose your college as per your interests and convenience.
