Dear Siva, I will suggest you to choose Lovely Professional University for B.Tech CSE course. Actually my brother has completed same course from LPU and currently he is working with Amazon with decent package. Few points told by my brother who did his studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision: 1. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technology. The main library is a nine story building and is well-equipped, besides this there are libraries in each block. 5. Placement preparation starts right from the beginning and the placement and career department is one of the largest and best in India. 6. LPU gives impetus to aid research and offers financial aids too for propelling research. 7. The School of Professional Enhancement gives the necessary analytical, logical skills and soft skills to polish the student to the core to make him placement ready. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. Both the universities are good. The B Tech CSE programme is almost synonymous with LPU. This is the reason why students as far as the south is coming down to Punjab to pursue the highly rated IT sector - B Tech CSE. I am not quite aware of Sathyabama university but to my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges.
