Dear Siva, I will suggest you to choose Lovely Professional University for B.Tech CSE course. Actually my brother has completed same course from LPU and currently he is working with Amazon with decent package. Few points told by my brother who did his studies from LPU that will help you to make your decision:

Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants.
