    BHEL and BEL both are renowned Indian PSU and being in the field of manufacturing both provide a work life balance so there is not much to think about which PSU among these you have to join.

    Both BHEL and BEL are India's leading PSU in the field of manufacturing.There is not much difference between both PSUs as both of them offered a balance work.
    1.BHEL or BEL both PSU needs electrical engineer and there is lots of work for electrical engineer in both PSUs.But the working of BHEL is mainly on Power Plant,Solar Panels,Defence equipments and in BEL you work mainly on antenna,microwaves.
    2.Also BHEL paid high salery to his employees as compared to BEL which paid little less to employees.
    3.If you select for BHEL then in future you may further go to BEL.
