As you have shown interest in MBBS and MBA, I would say MBBS is a graduate level medicine course, whereas MBA is a post graduate level management course. After graduating in medical field you may opt for MBA in hospital management or opt for MD or MS (post graduate level).

After completing 12th from science stream you may consider pursuing:
- Bsc.
- B.tech.
- BE.
- MBBS.
- BAMS, and many more courses.
Please not that MBA is a post graduate course, in order to pursue MBA you need dot be graduate in any field.

MBBS is anytime better than MBA.you should be able to crack the former though.
