Hi Sapna, It seems that IHM Aurangabad and Manipal University both are same in the rank list and both are good indeed. If you are getting a seat in both of these universities then it's upto you where you want to study. What i would suggest you to opt for IHM as this is good place and environment is quite good. In Manipal Like universities where there is large crowd, sometimes it's difficult to focus on your goal and other problem with large crowd is you will not get sufficient attention of professors and university people which is essential to perform well.
