I spend my time of graduation and post graduation LPU and what I have experience in LPU during my graduation and post graduation that this place is actually too good not for engineering only but for overall education in every field First of all if we talk about the eligibility then you should have minimum 55% in graduation plus interview. Second The MBA from LPU have so much worth. LPU is one of the best Place for MBA. You can take admission in MBA as per the eligibility criteria and the eligibility of MBA in LPU as per the admissions 2020 is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent and Interview. I will advice you to compare some of the key parameters before planning the admission: 1. Rankings 2. Placements 3. Industrial Exposure 4. Academic content Let me be honest, don't have much of the information of the above parameters mentioned for Amrita University but on the basis of the feedback of one of my cousin studying in LPU, I can say that LPU is outperforming on the above parameters, thus is the right opt LPU being in education since last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. Let me brief with what have I have: 1. Raking: LPU is ranked MBA is ACBSP Accredited which relates that the curriculum is that of international standards. LPU's B-School has been ranked among top 50 institutes by NIRF 2020, MHRD, GOI 2. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. The Business School of LPU is accredited from ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. There are faculty members with good experience and pass outs from good B-Schools including Iims. They have alteast minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

No doubt, choose LPU rather than Amrita because LPU provides better facilities and placements than Amrita. Among both LPU is the best. It depends on your area of interest to choose either from MBA Hons or finance or General. Find your key interest area then do MBA.

Dear Harikrrishna, Both are good institutes but I would share a few details of an MBA programme at LPU only as I did MBA from LPU only. Moreover, in MBA (Hons. ). You will have to study one more subject than other MBA students every semester. MBA Finance is a specialised programme but in general MBA you can choose two specializations together. Specialisation offered in MBA: Agribusiness Management, Human Resource, Marketing, International Business, Financial Markets, Digital Market, Hospital and Healthcare, Business Analytics, Banking and Financial Services, Operations, Artificial Intelligence, etc. The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. The highest package offered for the management programme is 21 LPA. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement.
