Which is better for me better for me PHD or M.Phil? What is the eligiiblity criteria for the same?

This year i have completed my PGDM from globsyn business school. I want to do further study in management which in future help me to get a job in academic line. So what should i do? should i go for Phd or Mphil? which one is better as per background? Or else you have any better suggestions for me?

    For academics Ph.d. is Better option. for doing Ph.D. You must have a valid Masters degree with 55% in the same discipline as per your profile you have a PG diploma so you are not eligible. as per your profile Fellowship programe in the management is best suitable for you

    The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil/Ph.D program will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in Master's Degree.
    You are having Post Graduate Diploma and Master Degree. So your are not eligible for both the courses.
