Which is better for me, Phd or other further studies ?

I am practicing advocate and completed MBA and J.A.I.I.B/DBF . I have also completed M.A in English and B.ed as well.

Your qualifications are just sufficient. But, you choose a particular field and try to gain specialization in it. That is good for your future.
