The placements at VIT are way much good compared to all the other colleges. The college and faculty are preparing all the students to get placed in all of the leading companies. VIT has also set a record for placing the most number of students in a single year. The placements are good, and the salary packages are nice. We know about the dream and super dream companies. Dream company means it offers more than 10 LPA, and super dream company means, it offers 30 LPA. If you want to get a job in super dream company, then you have to maintain CGPA 9 in every semester.

Dear, Both are good without doubt. But considering other inputs for Mechanical Engineering MIT, Manipal is appeared to be a little bit ahead. Best wishes.
