which is better for Ms in communication engineering- TUDarmstadt, RWTHAachen, or TUM.which has better industry exposure ?

I have been accepted in TUDarmstadt but had applied to TUM and TUaachen.should I wait for them or go ahead. also have heard taht TUdarmstadt is very tough pls tell me about it.
