Which is better for Ph.D. in CSE, LPU Phagwara or RIMT, Gobindgarh, I have GOT admission at these places have to choose one in two days?

LPU, Phagwara is better. -

So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies. -
LPU would be a good option than RIMT, because of the exposure you'll be getting here in LPU.
