Which is better for placement CS/IT JSS or Galgotia College?

Both are good for placements for CS/IT. I can say more for JSS CS/IT compared to Galgotias. Few students in JSS CSE received 12 LPA package but average will be somewhere around 4 LPA. -
Definitely, it is JSS Academy of Technical Education and why it is better than Galgotias because of JSS faculty, the environment in college, facilities provided by the college, academic record, and placement record.
