Hello there, Among the above mention colleges, you should definitely go for DIT University for B.Tech in CSE in terms of Placement, academic, atmosphere, campus crowd, surrounding, infrastructure, etc. Hence, go for it. All the best.

Dear piyush, UPES Dehradun is good only for petroleum engineering and not for CSE branch. DIT university is good for CSE. Every year, DIT provides good placement to CSE students. Many companies visit like Infosys, HCL, Patni computer, oracle, etc.
