    Chandigarh University provides the best of the infrastructure and well-equipped labs with the best faculty. The sessions are not only knowledgeable but highly interactive which helps the students to build up a confidence and learn better. Its University Institute of Media Studies (UIMS) has in a very short span of time registered its potential and how! They have bagged four overall champions trophies back to back in media fests across the region.

    For UIMS, Chandigarh University is the best institute as it is NAAC A+ graded university. It provides impeccable placements and a student-friendly learning atmosphere.

    Chandigarh University is the best for journalism and media studies because
    -Research: The students are familiarized with research in the areas of media. They are encouraged to write and publish their research papers in journals and conferences. -TV Studio: The institute offers Production Control Room lab to the students which is fully equipped with Multi-Light, Multi-Camera Studio Set-up, Chroma Studio etc. -NAAC A+ Accredited.

    CU is better than Chitkara University as it is the only NAAC A+ university in north area. It facilitates quality education to us. Various departmental activities organized to nourish us more. World's best companies visits CU for campus recruitment's and also select students. CU ensures 100% placements. CU facilitates Internships and semester exchange programs to its students.

    Chandigarh University is better because it has:
    Good Infrastructure
    Hostels
    Wi-Fi Facility
    Semester Exchange programme
    They not only focus on our academic part but also cultural activities. It provides good exposure to student in the form of academic, training large number of workshops, industrial trips, etc.

    Chandigarh University is better for UIMS course than chitkara because:
    1. CU provides excellent placements and internship opportunities.
    2. The syllabus is all updated and modern.
    3. CU is awarded NAAC A+
    4. Chandigarh University has a great learning environment.
    5. Highly educated faculty members.
    6. Student Exchange programme as it has partnered with almost 200+ foreign Universities

    CU is NAAC A+ University. University with best placement
    Best Internship and labs
    Record Startups

    Chandigarh University is the better choice. A few reasons for it are :
    1. NAAC A+ Grade makes the degree globally recognised and gets us better placements.
    2. Next GEN industry collaborations
    3. Internships are in top industries of the area
    4. Pre-Internship and Pre-placements programs to make the student industry ready completely.
    5. Well-equipped labs.
    6. Faculty has both industry and academic experience.
    CU is the better choice.

In the first and second semester, the tuition fee is INR 80,000. The remaining amount is charged as ETS/CAS fees.
