Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is considered better for research facilities as it is one of the premier research institutions in India, with a strong focus on research and development across various fields. It has state-of-the-art facilities, well-equipped labs, and research centers, and has collaborations with several leading research organizations globally.
