Regular MBA is always a preferred choice of all employers. Learning is maximum when you interact with faculty and fellow students. Therefore, if you do not have any personal constraints, it is recommended that you may prefer full time MBA over MBA by distance learning.

If you are unable to pursue regular MBA, then you can pursue MBA through distance learning to get long term career growth.

If you are willing to take a break from your job environment, you are financially sound and are prepared to afford the expenses till the completion of the course, then an AICTE approved regular MBA is always preferable. But if you do not wish to leave your job, then a distance MBA may be preferred.
