Which is better fr fresher GRADUATE in ECE? working as PROGRAMMER ANALYST or in IT-IS fr MNC wid regards to MBA job experience after 2 years

I got placed in software MNC. They appointed me to a post as Programmer Analyst Trainee joining in JANUARY'13. now they gave me a option of working in ITIS(Information Technology Infrastructure Services) joining in AUGUST'12. Now i am confused what to choose..but after 2 years i am firm to go fr MBA
